The Erika Kate Foundation pledges to use your donation solely to pursue the Foundation's charitable goals within the United States. The Erika Kate Foundation is a non-profit corporation organized under the Revised Iowa Nonprofit Corporation Act. The Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt charitable orgainzation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations made to the Foundation are tax deductable.

In an effort to minimize postage and administrative expenses, the Erika Kate Foundation will comply with IRS charitable giving tax receipt guidelines. The Foundation will send an acknowledgement letter to commemorate donations of $250 or more. For other amounts, your cancelled check or credit card statement is considered proof of your donation.
