National Organ Donor Website - A website maintained by the United States government that will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about transplants and the prearranged decision to gift your organs to someone in need of a transplant in the event of your untimely death.

Children’s Organ Transplant Association - This association focuses on assisting transplant patients with the organization of self-directed fundraising efforts in their local communities.

National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF) - A not-for-profit organization based in Philadelphia. Dedicated to helping patients of all ages plan and organize events to raise money for un-insured medical and non-medical expenses related to a transplant of any kind. NTAF also helps patients impacted by various catastrophic illnesses such as spinal cord injuries and the like.
